COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sig Positec KSO30 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Environmental-Elements-Corp products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Omron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Environmental-Elements-Corp such as the PD0799 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the OT2001 manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NT620SST211E by Manufacturer Omron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Esters Brand Pmo2151in3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ctc such as P210B1A41D3 equipment made by Ctc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ctc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ctc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PRO961 made by Sonstige as well as the popular NAUnknown original spares produced by Vector Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ML104CN1200 by Monitech and P210B1A41D3 spares by Ctc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original KTP600 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
